So my phone screen is fine while its locked and the lockscreen is smooth but when I unlock it and start using it the screen starts popping going black with greenish pixels, but if I lock with lock button and unlock again the phone is okay for a while again

Try the following and see if either resolves the problem.
i). Wipe the cache partition and then check if it works OK.
ii). Start the phone in safe mode and check.
If it works OK when in safe mode then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in “normal mode” between each uninstall to see if it works OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the problem. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn’t already pre-installed when you got it.
