Hi @navymom,
Perform the following to try and narrow down the problem:
Turn off the TV if switched on and then disconnect the power from the TV.
Remove the back cover from the TV and then disconnect the cable that runs between the mainboard and the power board, at the power board end.
Reconnect the power to the TV.
The screen LED backlights should turn on and stay on. There will be no images on the screen because the mainboard is disconnected.
If the backlights don’t turn on or if they blink then there is either a power board problem or a problem with the LED array.
If the backlights stay on, use a DMM (digital multimeter) to measure the voltages at the cable connector on the power board where the mainboard cable was plugged into. The voltage values should be printed on the power board close to the connector. Be safety aware when measuring the voltages because even though they are low DC voltage there is exposed lethal AC voltage on the power board close to where you’re measuring. If in any doubt then don’t do it!
If the voltages values are all OK then since the backlights are also working OK, the power board is OK the problem may be in the mainboard.

I have a video of both boards but for some reason it won’t let me upload it.
