ipad 7 charging fault only showing 005A

I have an iPad 7 2019 model that just died on me the other day just a black screen not showing any charging whatsoever so I purchased a USB Voltage/Amps Power Meter

when tested it is showing 5.12V 005A see image

What I’m looking to find out will I need to replace the charging port or will I just replace the battery to fix this issue

I have also tried the soft reset with the power button and home button
