Water freezing--GE Profile Tri Temp Water Dispenser

I have the same problem as the one posted in "Dispenser freezes water in the reservoir", except I have no thermostats available on the unit to control. Can you help me?

It's a tri-temp, somethings telling it what the temp is, find it.
