Transferring all data to a SSD
Hi all,
I am wanting to transfer all my data from a HDD in my Toshiba laptop onto a SSD that I want to put in the laptop. How can I do this while transferring the operating system as well?

Just search online for how to clone laptop HDD to SSD.
With some SSD suppliers they also give access to free cloning software as part of the package so that this can be done.
Here’s one supplier that may help. Just insert your laptop model details to find out what capacity SSDs are compatible and also if they need a spacer (7.00mm to 9.5mm adapter) so that the SSD sits and connects correctly in the laptop’s HDD position.
You don’t have to buy from them as there are a lot of other SSD suppliers out there, but the information is useful to know. They do supply the free software - access to it is online using an order number supplied with the SSD as it is not supplied with the SSD per se
