Voice to text is no longer working on XDECT SSE35 Series I

XDECT SSE35 Series. My home phone has announced the caller name when ringing from the handset it has stopped I followed instructions for the menu to turn on voice to text. The menu shows it is on but it still does not announce.

I have increased the ringer volume it still does not announce. Can you help
