It is always “possible”. It really depends on a lot of variables like how much liquid was spilled, where it went in the laptop, what components are affected, availability of good repair facilities in your area, the repair facility’s capabilities, and how much money you have to repair. I’m not trying to sound critical but your question is fairly vague so I hope this is enough information for you.

Okay it fell on keyboard and after that it didnt switched on after i also put a charger on it , if it is possible then kindly tell me charges as well

Bakhtawar, I think you misunderstand this site. It's for you to help yourself repair your own electronics. If you are not capable, this isn't the right site for you. I suggest you to go reddit and find a sub-reddit for your town/city and ask them for recommendations for repair facilities.
