A new problem emerged after cleaning my PS4
2 months ago I noticed that only when I play Warframe the fan started to spin quickly causing very loud noise ( only with this game !!) and I thought that it may be a dust problem, so I unplugged my console and I decided to open it and cleaned the fan using a household vacuum cleaner. Unexpectedly, after turning on my ps4 it started to overheat (hot when touching) and the fan spin loudly when playing all advanced graphics games like Uncharted, Tomb raider, Horizon … where this did not happen before the cleaning process and it was very quiet.
Any explanations for this ? did the vacuum damage my ps4 ? or did it result in more dust trapping between heatsink and the fan ?

did you just put the vacuum cleaner on top of the fan or did you take out the fan?

just I put the vacuum on top of the fan directly and between its blades as possible. However, exhaust vents on the back still blow air which I can feel and it becomes hot with time. So, If the heatsink is blocked by dust trapped by the vacuum, the exhaust vents could still blow air out ?

Yes, it is possible. the dust only makes it more difficult to ventilate. but it doesn't suddenly become airtight.
that is why you still feel that air is passing through but not enough air to cool it down

Thank you very much !
I think the next step is removing the power supply to check the heatsink functionality.
