Issues turning on via PS button

I recently changed my PSU. The PlayStation now works fine! But the only issue is it won’t turn on from the controller anymore.

it turns off by the ps button but it won’t turn on, tried everything but I still need to hit the console power button before the ps button for it to work, does anyone know how to fix this?
