I’m having a weird issue as well with apex. When I click continue it restarts my computer instantly and no error code pops up. Eventually I’m able to get in and this last time mid game it just restarted. So I threw in a new 1000 gold plus from evga and still get the same price problem.

On top of that I’m running into a whea-uncorrectable error. I did the disk check and ram check. Reinstalled windows. Mind you the computer is a prebuilt from nzxt that is maybe a week old.

Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA) uncorrectable error indicates a hardware failure of some kind so start looking at hardware BUT it could also be a driver issue (!!!) or an overclocking setting.

I would first go into the BIOS and set to default but make sure to set the boot mode properly for your system - Legacy or UEFI.
Failing hard drive is a possiblity - may be intermittant from possible overheating, etc.
Failing RAM - again may be intermittant. Try swopping out one at a time in different slots.
Remove as much hardware as possible to try to isolate the problem
Don’t forget checking drives. I find IOBit’s Drive Booster (freeware) good.

That is a start. Let us know how it goes.
