Hi @foreal ,
Check if fuse #33 in the passenger compartment fuse panel is OK. This fuse supplies the power to the instrument cluster
The fuse panel is located under the right-hand side of the instrument panel behind the kick panel. (see image below)

Hey Jayeff , My fuse box is on drivers right hand side and is not number like the image you have shown ,if only I could send you photo.
The image I posted was from the 2005 Ford Ranger owner manual. This was the year that you said?
There usually is a chart in the lid of the fuse box showing wqhich fuse does what.

Looking at the owner manual p.162 and p.165 there are only the two fuse boxes. The one as shown in the image above and the one under the hood in the engine bay and neither look like what your image shows.
Are you sure that the vehicle is a 2005 year model Ford Ranger?
I checked and the fuse layout is the same for the 2004 & 2006 models as it is for the 2005 model.
Yes definitely a 2005 Ford ranger ..I noticed Nissan engine so that might explain that the previous owner changed the layout?

Hi @ freeman mwansa ,
It seems as though there are 2 fuses supplying power to the section of the instrument panel dealing with the gauges you mentioned.
One is designated meter which you have already found to be OK and the other is designated room.
Here's an image of the wiring diagram for your year model showing the relevant section of the instrument panel that may help if the room fuse is also OK.
The diagram shows that the fuse is in the same fuse block as the "meter" fuse (same F-02 fuse block reference under both fuses).
A quick check if the fuse is OK is to see whether the ignition key light turns on or not. I don't know your vehicle but with my Subaru, the ignition key light which is around the ignition key lock, turns on when the driver door is opened to show where the key is to be inserted into the ignition key lock and is also on when the headlights/tail lights etc are turned on, but maybe your ignition key light works differently ;-)
If the fuse is OK and the ignition key light works then you may have to check if there is voltage on connector pin 2a of the instrument cluster and if so then the problem is in the cluster somewhere.

Note: There is also a 60A BTN1 fuse in the engine block fuse panel, that supplies power to the "room" fuse, but I thought that being such a major fuse i.e. 60A a lot more things wouldn't work if that was blown and not just the ones in the instrument panel.
