Why does my Xbox turn off after a while?

I recently cleaned my Xbox one, it was extremely dirty but worked fine. After I cleaned it, the console started having trouble, I will turn on my Xbox and receive a message telling me about the ventilation and to keep anything away from it or else it’ll overheat and turn off, then it’ll shut off after a minute. I don’t know why this is happening even after it was cleaned, the fan spun nicely too, any help on this? I also have not tried anything to fix it since I’m afraid I could probably damage something, I cleaned it myself and was very careful, even putting everything back where it belongs.
