GE Monogram built-in refrigerator/freezer not cooling

We have a 10 year old GE Mongram built-in freezer (down) refrigerator (up).

Left for vacation and everything was working.

Came home 1 week later and both were at 57 degrees.

The coils appear to be clear of dust.

The temperature reading in display appears to be accurate.

The fan that blows in the coils turns on just fine.

I've called a lot of repair people and no one will come until Monday. Wife is about to lash out :)

Any bright ideas out there?
