Why does my phone keep restarting?

I have my iphone xs, and after a day my phone just started doing a bootloop, so I restored it using my laptop, then it was fine but after a day the same thing happened again. Then when i tried going into my apps the app would just take me back to the home screen, the app would crash and this happened with multiple apps not just one.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
