6 Led Blinks, Unconfirmed Culprit

I have a sony X75 49” Bravia Tv with 6 red blinks. Knowing possibly it is a backlight issue / inverter - Bl driver. Under situation where I have no backlight tester, I tried to use flashlight and set brightness to minimum. The Tv came back to life. Just wondering since the Tv worked with Low brightness? Can we blame the inverter board right away? Here’s the Tv working on low brightness. The attached image is the Bl driver.
