My Xbox one X recently stopping pulling in discs. I tried everything I could do before opening the console. What I read says I should probably open and clean to see if that works?
Figured it out. The drive is bad. The motor won’t run for anything but the sensor that tells the main board there is a disc inside works. Going to replace the optical drive later and see if that works.
