I need the crystal that regulates 3.3v and 5v of IC Retimer and hdmi ports. What is the specification of this piece? Technical name? Is there any similar?
Better image of the chip. Can anyone help with this?

Hello everyone! For the record, I found the answer. Credits to user testerfan on gbatemp.net foruns.
it's not a MOSFET, it's an ESD Protection and Signal Booster for HDMI Source IC, made by STMicroelectronics, and 740 is just a production date code (2017, week 40), the NF is a correct marking for the IC (D is for manufacturing location), but you can't buy it, because STMicroelectronics hasn't released it to the public yet (there is no datasheet for it), so at this moment you can only get it from a donor board

Currently, there is no other way to get it except through donor boards as ST Microelectronics does not sell them.

I've done this bypass, and can testify to it working. The only issue I have with mine(maybe because it's hooked up to a HDMI switch before entering my monitor?) It's that sometimes it shows up in low res and I have to fill shut down and unplug my switch and start over.. But I get my full 4k working with this bypass
