SONY MHC S90D can not open DVD

I Have SONY MHC S90D

It can not reject DVD dish and warn Protect

Could anyone help me?

Normally if it is in protect mode, means the system is having issues thus shutting down, not able to eject on time.

protect, can be some internal issues, e.g. shorted IC, etc.
