Backlight on but no picture

I have a Hisense 65” TV model 65rge. The just went out a week ago. The backlight comes on, I can hear all audio from anything I am watching, but the video never shows. Someone told me it sounds like the inverter went out but I know nothing about TV’s so I don’t have a clue. Can anybody help. I have some pictures of the boards if anybody needs it. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

Can you view the TV menu screens at all?

What is the signal source for the TV, an antenna or a "box" of some description?

If a "box" have you tried different inputs or input types - HDMI, Component video, AV etc or different cables or even a different signal source, e.g. a dvd player to see if the problem is still there?

What have you tried?

FYI - Inverters are used for the backlights so if the backlights are on it won't be the problem - also these days the backlight power supply in most TVs is incorporated in with the power board or even the mainboard in same cases and not a separate inverter board anymore

I can not view the menu screens at all. I have tried a DVD player and my firestick on all HDMI inputs and the same thing on each. I don’t even see the Hisense logo when the TV turns on. The tested power to the plug which was correct and tested power to the LED’s. Which was reading 110v. That’s all I have tried because I know nothing about them.
