Send back pant for warranty?
The strap for the button on the waist of my pants broke. Should I send them in?

Hi,
The manufacturer doesn’t state how long that their Ironclad guarantee is valid for, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt to contact them and find out if the garment is still covered or can be cheaply repaired by them.

How old is it? Is the snap metal or plastic?

Maybe 5 years old. Love the pants. It’s a nylon strap to a button. Like on the quandary pant
