Pixel 4 plastic bezel between the glass screen and aluminum case?

I have a Pixel 4 which has a defective screen. It came unglued in the corner. The LCD no longer works properly, and due to it lifting there is physical damage to the plastic bezel of the device. I need a replacement for that bezel, but I’m having trouble identifying the part, or if it’s part of some other assembly like the mid frame of the phone.

Can anyone make a suggestion? Is it part of the frame, or is it something separate? It does not come with the new screen.
