Ds lite Charger indicator flashes orange when charging

I just replaces the f2 fuse and shell of my DS lite today and it still doesn’t turn on and flashes orange when plugged in. Also if anyone can help, i accidentally ripped the red speaker wire on it too, so if anyone can tell me the wire gauge i need that would be helpful
