After installing macOS 11.0.1, I am facing one issue which I am not able to sort out, Wall paper what I had configured from my photo album though it displays in the beginning after entering in, it displays the default wall paper.I got help from Apple Toll Free it did not solve .Please guide me.

Big Sur is a big change! If this is your production system its not wise to jump to a new release without first testing your apps on a test system.
I rarely make a jump on the first release of any OS without first testing my apps. I use a test system. You could also setup an external drive as your test environment. Basically, booting up under it with the new OS on it. The problem with that is Apple is now updating the systems firmware within each OS release now so depending on what you are running as a production OS this could be iffy! As the OS may have issues with the changes to the systems firmware.
I in fact encountered that issue when I upgraded my Mac Pro to Catalina from Sierra. I had to re-burn the firmware on my system which was not easy!
Sadly, I doubt anyone outside of Apple could help you at this time as Big Sur was just released our Friday here is the states just around noon (ET) and Apple had major issues so most people had to wait till late Saturday or Sunday to get it.
