Active Edge not working after battery replacement

I replaced the battery but active edge no longer works with the new battery. I can swap the old one in and it’ll still work sometimes, but after going back and forth trying to solve the problem, neither battery works.

I was able to get the new battery to work with active edge once, but I can’t replicate that now.
