Dropped my Bose sound touch on the race car trailer now it won’t play everything turns on and works but it won’t make a sound what could be wrong

since it happened after an impact, anything is possible. Torn flex cable, loosened connectors or cracked boards are all a possibilities. We will not know until you tear it apart and let us see what you find. Here are the guides Bose SoundTouch 20 to work on it. Once apart, post some good pictures of what you find with your QUESTION.
