strip of white light on the left hand side of the screen
I seem to have the same problem. My tv has a strip of white light on the left hand side of the screen (about 2 inches from the edge), no pictures but sound is OK (i casted a sound file to the tv and the audio played without problems.).
I changed the t-con board but that didn't fix the problem. Wonder if it is the DPS-board or the LED driver board problem?

@raywc we need to know the make and the exact model. Besides replacing the T-con board, what have you actually checked? Post some good pictures of what your screen shows and of your boards with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法

@oldturkey03 Thanks for checking out my question previously. I just recently got some other replacement parts, and i replaced each one in turn, the LED driver board, the DPS board and the main board, and none of these fixed the problem. I have also updated the question with a picture of the TV. If you don't mind taking a look at it, i'd be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
