Hold the throttle lever fully on then manually roll/kick the scooter for a brief distance ( over 3mph ( while still holding the throttle). Doing this will turn on the controller and your scooter will work again. Done this many times for this exact issue on both the hover 1 rally and the bigger explore model. It seems to be a very common problem with these scooters. Your welcome!
