Are these steps un-necessary?
Are Steps-17 through 22 necessary for a battery change-out? The fewer times messing with those micro-screws the better!

The fewer times messing with the fragile flex cables the better.
Countless tragedies teach us one lesson. Don’t mess with flex cables that are soldered onto expensive parts.

I would rather stand the screen up against a water bottle with a rubber band and change out the battery. Any problem?
