Xbox One power on for less than a second but turns off immediately

So my Xbox One recently stopped working. What happens is when I try to turn it on, the Xbox logo button stays on maybe half a second at most, and then shuts off. (The power bricks is constantly orange but turns white when I attempt to power on) I still hear the power on, eject disc, and power off noises. I have tried: replacing the thermal paste, cleaning most the fan and vents, dusting most of it, hair drying the whole thing on the outside on high heat for multiple minutes, replacing the power brick, and plugging the power bricks in a extension cord and wall socket. I don’t know why it might be still like this, I’ve thought about replacing the ribbon cable and faceplate board, but not sure.

Any help is really appreciated, open to all ideas.
