Dropped my Xbox and it won’t connect to tv

So I accidentally dropped my Xbox while organizing the cords, and now when I turn on my Xbox, the visual won’t come out of the tv, my controller can’t connect to the console, a system error pops up for me to restart or troubleshoot but can’t click on the options because of my controller, and it’s making ticking sounds every so often. What should I do?
