Just replaced the battery but the replacement battery will not charge
I just replaced the original battery in my Mac book pro . The replacement battery however will not charge. Is this a problem with batteries?

Hello.
It would depend on a couple of things. You can try to reset your SMC (System Management Controller).
To do this, shut down your MacBook and connect your power adapter. Then hold down the CTRL, SHIFT, ALT/OPTIONS and Power buttons for about 4-5 seconds.
Release them together and try to start up your device again.
If the above does not work, you can check the state of your battery if its condition is still normal.
