What is the full model number of the Mini 10, e.g. Mini 10 1010 or Mini 10 1012
If it is a Mini 10 1010 then the ram is part of the processor/ memory card and cannot be individually upgraded.
If it is the Mini 10 1012 here’s the service manual for the laptop. Click on the memory module link in the Contents section, to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to replace the memory module.
According to the Mini 10 1012 user manual it supports a 1GB or 2GB DDR2-800 SODIMM memory module in one slot i.e. maximum memory is 2GB.
