Robert use the teardown from here as a guide to get to what you need to accomplish. good Luck. BTW, isn't it covered under any kind of warranty, since it is still a relatively new phone. If so, I'd go with that first.

The teardown needs more detail, especially on separating the digitizer from the lcd

Robert, where did you buy the replacement screen? Was it OEM?
Were you successful in replacing the digitizer?
