Why’s my comp still overheating? Fan cleaned; added new thermal paste

I bought this Asus x550za laptop in spring 2016. I use it for gaming so it usually runs pretty hot but I only started checking the Exact temperature lately. It runs at 98 Celsius almost consistently if I try to open Warframe with it. Is my motherboard going to get fried if I run this thing at basically boiling point all the time??? Any tips on how to lower temp further?

also, I’ve already cleaned fan and motherboard of dust, added new paste, and reduced the max CPU load from 100% to 80%.
