iPad Air 2 microphone not working properly

Hi i have an iPad Air 2 WiFi, the microphone does not work properly at least. It doesn’t record voices, Siri, voice memo doesn’t work, it doesn’t not pick up sounds,BUT when i tap on the bottom of the iPad it picks up sounds! What is the problem, is there a filter? Ive already cleaned the bottom! What do i need to replace?
