Pattern on iPod Display

I crashed my display of my ipod A1421 and exchanged it. After that I brought it in DFU mode and restored with iTunes the OS. It looks like the ipod is working, at least itune recognises it, but on the screen I see only this:

Does anybody know this problem and the solution?
