After initializing, my PS4 Pro, goes to I assume is the BSoD.

Before this, it said I needed to reinstall system software 7.51. I did it, but didn’t work, and now anytime I turn it on, it loads into safe mode and only lets choose the 7th option, I select it. It gets to 99% and then moves onto the Black Screen of Death. Should I just send it for repairs or is there an easier fix?
