Preparing to replace charging port, do I have to remove Logic board?
While I wait for my repair parts I’m reading up and studying videos on replacing the charging port . I see that some people loosen the logic board and lift it up slightly to remove the charging port instead of disconnecting camera, etc. in order to remove the logic board first.
I’d feel more comfortable not removing all the bits to get to the logic board but I’m worried this will not be safe.
Any feedback?
