Power light on, chimes, no video, swaped graphics card/monitors

When powered on - led light i on, chimes, fans work, optical drive spins, hard drives spin, but display shows no video. I tried swapping graphics cards/monitors. Nothing. In the beginning I could see the computer on the network but after bunch of hard restarts i can’t see it anymore.
