Why won't my battery charge? the home button just flashes 5 times
I've tried dozens of c chargers and different charge boxes and the battery on my zte max won't charge it just shows “battery is completely empty, plug up phone for a few minutes and power on" ive had it plugged up for 3 days straight and I can't even get it to show the battery icon in the screen with the exclamation mark, it just vibrates one time and the home button lights up, then flashes 4 times after. I've “soft reset and hard reset it and it does no good. . what else can I try? Please help
Could it be the battery that is bad?
Maybe you need to replace it.
You can check this by putting it on a similar phone, or putting a similar battery into yours and see if that fixes it.
