Screen goes black a after I plug cable in and it

The screen goes black after I plug the cable in (either to charge or to computer) and turn the screen off, after that, it doesn't work. It returns to work perfectly after I leave the Ipad for a couple of hours. while the screen is black I can hear the notifications and voice over. The charging works fine. Hard reset doesn’t work, even restore doesn’t work. When I tried to restore the backup it shows a message that says “Itunes could not restore the ipad because an error occured while reading from or writing to the ipad“. I tried different cables, but the problem isn't solved.
