Can one turn off the upper Icemaker only but leave the lower one on?

I have a POS Samsung French-door refrigerator (RF323TEDBBC) and for the 5 years we’ve owned it the upper ice maker has had all the documented problems at least twice, and has been repaired 4 times under warranty. Now that the warranty has run out 6 weeks ago the upper icemaker is starting to freeze up and leak water again, even having just been fixed and repaired with ALL the latest Samsung updates back in April. Tired of dealing with it, and since the lower ice maker works perfectly is there any way to turn off the upper ice maker only without turning off the lower ice maker as well??
