iPhone 6s plus cannot receive incoming calls. It goes straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls and going on the internet works just fine. I tried swapping another simcard, my own working simcard and resetting network settings. Still the same. Has anyone seen this before

I have run into this before. Are you calling from close proximity? Get someone to call you that are on a different network and on a different tower. I once spent hours on this issue. I did notice when I called in close proximity the 4G symbol turned to 3G and going straight to voicemail. When I got someone to call me in another suburb it was fine.

Tried it with several working simcards on different carriers and also people from other areas calling the phone.
