Just verifying that you've checked the sound settings, mute, volume, TV speaker off etc?
Are you using the internal TV speakers or an external sound system?
If TV speakers, is there audio from the headphone socket on the TV?
Can you try connecting to an external audio system via optical audio cable to check if it may be a TV speaker problem
Have you tried getting audio by connecting the signal input to the component video/audio inputs in lieu of the coax (or HDMI) if possible? Only suggest this as component video/audio is an analogue signal and doesn’t use the digital signal processor on the mainboard as would a digital signal from the co-ax or HDMI
Have you tried a full reset? Go to Menu > Installation > Reset the TV.
If all still no good it may be the mainboard is faulty unless the TV has a separate audio amp board.
