Why my Epson EH-TW9000W projector is not booting?

At power on the projector begins the normal booting sequence, the blue LED blinking to indicate preheating. After 10 seconds a fan goes on. Normally after another 10 seconds the lens shutter will open and the Epson LOGO will appear on the screen. But now nothing happens and the projector seems to be preheating indefinitely. The lamp is OK as I have tried with a new one and the symptoms are the same. Everything looks normal inside, no burnt parts, no trace of shorts, NTC resistances are good but without a service manual I do not dare to go further to investigate the power supply which may be the culprit. The power supply seems to be underneath the big motherboard and is not easily accessible. I will very much appreciate any help as this is a fine projector that I have been using with satisfaction for more than seven years now.
