Where to buy broken phones to refurb?

That's where I buy them. Usually will a cracked screen. If you purchase a phone on Ebay you must ask specific questions so if the phone is locked won't turn on you can return the phone. If they say for parts only buf you asked is closed unlocked and you get the phone and iCloud is locked and they can't unlock it, you can return the phone and get all of your money back. Ask if the phone is payed for, if iCloud is unlocked, that it isn't carrier locked, does it turn on, and any other questions. Make sure they answer they to your satisfaction. I have never been stuck with a phone I bought on Ebay because I asked these questions and when I went to return the phone I referred to the questions and they said it was good, they lied and I got my money back.
