Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) lower volume button is stuck and cant press

So awhile back I broke my screen, I sent it to replace it and waited for it to be fixed, once it got fixed I had a look on the new screen but then I noticed that my lower volume button is stuck and cant lower the volume or even get it unstuck. Then I sent it back and they fixed it but it is stuck again! I dont really know what it is.
