Freezer is not getting cold

Hello,

Here is some backstory to this freezer, This freezer was in storage for over 2 years, but from my understanding was working fine before it was stored. This freezer has been plugged in for over 24 hours and is not in the slightest cold. It does appear to be making a sound as if it is working, however it is not cooling at all. I suspect this freezer is out of refrigerant, However I’d like to make sure this is the case before i go out and buy the products.

Model No: 253 19501990

Serial: WB93200015

Brand: Galaxy

Refrigerant: R134A 5.5oz

It's hard to say. When you plug it in make sure the compressor is working. It the metal tube like a bullet. Touch it and make sure you can feel it making vibrations. Clean the find on the condenser. If you think it needs charging you will need a set of gauges. It might not have charging ports on it. Touch the lines and check for oil.
