Whirlpool bottom freezer stuck at 29 degrees, fridge working fine

We have a Whirlpool refrigerator model WRX988SIBM03 that came with our house. I believe it’s about 3 years old.

The fridge is set at 37 and seems to be adequately cold, but bottom drawer freezer won’t get below 29 degrees even though it’s set for 0 (and we tried -3 with no luck). Ice maker in the door also hasn’t been working for awhile despite the fact that we replaced it.

Coils are clean. No frost buildup inside. I can feel cold air circulating in the freezer drawer but obviously not cold enough. Any ideas what we might be dealing with here?
