Completely dead and won't start up
The air is completely dead and won’t start up. Power cable is all ok. Is is the logic board?

thanks and yes will do that once we are out of lockdown and they reopen. I think it must be the issue with it
Don't wait make the call so it's logged. Thats important! You could ask if you can ship it to the repair depot, they will arrange a box be shipped to you and then you return it.
